@HalifaxBank The current employee put everything into the complaint and she was told a manager will be speaking to that other employee bc their actions made no sense. He even blocked her card which the other employee refused to do. She is more settled after that call with that other employee

Sisters contacted fraud as her card was used in a different location without her permission, her card is on her person, fraud team just told her they cant do anything bc it was used via contactless but she has proof of being in a completely different location?? @HalifaxBank

@HalifaxBank TO CLARIFY: he thinks they added her card info to google/apple pay. The location it was used in was over 100miles away.

@HalifaxBank He believes its a clear sign of fraud, he went through everything with her & discovered how they got her info, now he thinks they used apple/google pay, but will know more in a few days, he is working on reopening the case. Last employee she spoke to shouldnt be in fraud team.

The locations are miles a part, they also refused to block her card.

@RealLunaLopez However if you consider a mass shooting to be more than 3, then to my knowledge Denmark hasn't had a mass shooting, since the 2015 incident only resulted in 2 deaths, not including the gunmen. 2/2

@RealLunaLopez If we focus purely on mass shootings, Denmark has had 1 in 2022 (3 killed, 3 critical), America has had an estimated 329 so far in 2022, Japan has had 0 in 2022, with 1 death by gun so far. I did get one thing wrong, last mass shooting in Denmark was Feb 2015, 7 years ago. 1/2

@themodernnmom @RealLunaLopez 1/2 Then fix the argument. Japans incident wasn't a mass shooting, it was an assassination, killing 1 person. 2. Denmarks, this was it's first mass shooting in about 30 years, killing 3 people, with 3 critically injured.

@virginmedia The voice msg kept saying call back later. No info provided about how long this issue may last. If I knew it would be almost a week I would have written a letter. Past 2 days I've got into a queue, had to hang up after an 1hr but 2nd time was 46 min, I've now cancelled my service

@virginmedia My plan was to cancel so that I only had this bill to pay, which is why I chose to do it by phone, but even if I write a letter they'll now expect me to pay when I shouldn't have to since a fault on their end has prevented me from cancelling.

@virginmedia Tried contacting yesterday, tried again today. I'm just trying to cancel my services 30 days in advance, so I wont be paying the next bill since this is virgins fault.

@DubtricksGaming @virginmedia Ahh okay, I moved to BT, was hesitant at first bc I had a bad experience years ago but loving their service at the moment 1Gig for £50 (same price I pay virgin for 500Mb), but yeah bc of their price increase you can leave for free. Hope you get sorted.
