@BFW Gotta throw Quentin Coryatt in this mix

[Javier Aviles @javylsu]

@HelmetAddict Ah yes, back in the day when the New Orleans Saints, Atlanta Falcons, and Carolina Panthers were in the “NFC West” with two teams in California. 😅

[Javier Aviles @javylsu]

My kids and I just watched @BariMusawwir on an episode of Blippi, and he was by far the best guest ever on that show. He was super enthusiastic, and put 100% into it. Really appreciate his effort, Bari has 4 new fans in this house!

[Javier Aviles @javylsu]

@datboywolf @the711kid It’s funny how that 2009-2011 Saints offense is never mentioned among the all-time greats

[Javier Aviles @javylsu]

@CoachLesMiles Hope you’re doing well coach! This LSU grad will always be pulling for you!

[Javier Aviles @javylsu]

@toolboss44 Hey Boss, new “Buy More Save More” Milwaukee promo at HD. Scored some nice deals with a HACK!

[Javier Aviles @javylsu]

@nflmemes @the711kid 🤣

[Javier Aviles @javylsu]

@addicted2helmet Those are the worst uniforms the 49ers ever had.

[Javier Aviles @javylsu]

@addicted2helmet @the711kid 😂

[Javier Aviles @javylsu]

@addicted2helmet This is still the greatest card design ever.

[Javier Aviles @javylsu]

@KevG163 @the711kid

[Javier Aviles @javylsu]

@cashiusdre @whodathomo Well, considering ODB has been dead since 2004, I can’t disagree

[Javier Aviles @javylsu]

@mcarey032 @addicted2helmet @nflthrowback @TwentyER Every time I see him on TV, my brain reminds me that he was a backup on an 0-16 team, and that whatever he says is probably wrong.

[Javier Aviles @javylsu]

@BigCRITtampa @addicted2helmet I still can’t get enough of those old Bucs unis… and I’m a Saints fan!

[Javier Aviles @javylsu]

@DPCassels @addicted2helmet @80sFootballCard Pro Set changed the photos of most of the other cards but used the same photo for the production version of the Rice card

[Javier Aviles @javylsu]

@DPCassels @addicted2helmet @80sFootballCard Jerry Rice, Reggie White, Phil Simms, Dan Marino, and Eric Dickerson if memory serves. The backs of the cards are vertical instead of horizontal, and the top right of the card says “Pro Set” instead the NFL shield. This is the promo version of the Rice card:

[Javier Aviles @javylsu]

@addicted2helmet @80sFootballCard That card is actually from 1988. It was part of a promotional set of 5 or so cards distributed to industry dealers before the official release in 1989. Some of the cards were changed before release, but the Rice card was left unchanged.

[Javier Aviles @javylsu]

@HelmetAddict Couldn’t agree more - not an Eagles fan, but the unis that Cunningham/Walker/White/Brown/Allen/Joyner wore are some of the greatest of all time, in any sport.

[Javier Aviles @javylsu]

@iramsfan @jimeverett I feel your pain @iramsfan as a Saints fan. My brother @the711kid and I were so excited we camped outside of Saints practice in NOLA one rainy day to try and get his autograph. @jimeverett was super nice, signing a card for both of us. One of the best Saints QBs ever!
