@MicrosoftHelps My understanding was that a unique ID was created for each machine based on the hardware config, and this is used to track the license of said machine, so it would follow that upon install (Win media creation tool) the correct version would simply be activated. No?

@MicrosoftHelps I bought a Win10 pro upgrade in the store #8197778340 and then reinstalled. Stuck on home, no way to upgrade to pro again. I thought this was supposed to be easy? Very unhappy, wasted all evening trawling the KB articles. Help?

@MicrosoftHelps Opening the activation screen in Settings would simply state that Windows Home had a digital license, and I could upgrade if I went to the store. Going to the store presented the option to pay another $170 for the upgrade. That's it.

@MicrosoftHelps I"ll grab a screenshot when I can (out of house) however with the exception of when I followed the instructions in a KB article to change the key to a "generic" key there weren't any errors, as there weren't any steps available to take.

@YourOverwatchYT Cont. Brigs most oppressive aspects is her effective 750hp. This change forces the brig player to be more conservative with their shield - can't use it to block spam or it will break on bash. Aggro play now has a downside without affecting passive play, job done.

@YourOverwatchYT Came to suggest this. IMO the issue with brigs stun is that currently it doesn't cost her anything. If landing a bash cost 300 shield hp several counter plays open up - pressure shield while she approaches, shield breaks on bash, pressure shield after bash, free dead brig.
