It is important for policymakers to be aware of this. Nitrogen use in inhumane. Also, TIL that vet guidelines do not recommend its use in euthanasia 😬

There is a figure being passed around Philly public health circles that 25% of city dope is cut with nitazenes. This is patently false. Philly dope is fentanyl HCL and xylazine almost exclusively. Heroin mixed in occasionally.

A pt brought us their tadalafil 5 mg manufacturer bottle stating when they took off the foil, they noticed the pills were different. Upon research it was aripiprazole 5 mg from the same manufacturer. It has been reported to the FDA & Solco. Please be vigilant
