@shermanzuki Try using internet recovery by restarting while holding Command + Option/Alt + R, and seeing if that works.

If that doesn’t, build a new Mac OS installer on a spare USB stick (I think your machine supports up to El Capitan), hold option on startup, select your drive, and go!

@kevingamin @marvincuche @LukeMiani And if you’re really picky, then you could also say that the screen is brighter by 100 more nits and that the speakers and mics are slightly better, but just in clarity. Other than that, it’s not worth the extra money spent over the Air.
