Lesson learned the hard way: If you really, really want to go to an event and you’re shopping @StubHub, hold out for “instant delivery”. Otherwise the tickets may not exist or get delivered in time. And their “FanProtect Guarantee” won’t necessarily get you into the show. #fail
So much for the @StubHub guarantee! Bought tix in June. They couldn’t reach the seller to release my tix & also couldn’t couldn’t get me alternate tix to @AZCardinals vs 49rs. Travelled to AZ for no reason. Thx 4 nothing, @Stubhub! #unsatisfied
I will no longer buy (or sell) tickets on @StubHub after they disregarded their guarantee and failed to provide any sort of useful support on the matter. Disappointed!!! #fail
I hope someone at @StubHub corporate rectifies this situation. A $75 credit when I LEGIT paid $200 for new tickets is not good enough. Especially with all the stress involved of potentially missing one of my favorite bands. Your guarantee is a lie.
@StubHub cannot get through your customer service number to get refunded for tickets that’s arrived 3 days after the event. How is that not automatically refunded? Hour plus phone calls daily listening to how I’m guaranteed my tickets on time is ironic
HEADS UP: Beware of those cheap EDC tickets on StubHub. While StubHub says they have “a fan guarantee” their customer service is awful and you will experience long wait times in the event of any issues. Also it’s extremely unlikely your issue/refund will be resolved before show.
