Now, trying to get a response for a refund is also proving to be impossible. We paid for seats under your customer services advice which we were then moved from. So a refund for the seat booking we didn’t have isn’t much of an ask!?

@TUIUK customer service is terrible, adamant we could book a row of seats with 2 18 month old twins on our laps and 4YO in the middle. (Although we tried to say it was against airline regulations). Allowed us to book, took our money, lo and behold got separated on the plane.

We tried to explain to your staff over the phone it wasn’t possible and could we book the best alternative, but told 3 times on email it would be fine. Would be reassuring if your staff knew the airline flying regulations around oxygen masks as well as google.
