Call received from HDFC regarding credit card offer. Based on the call I processed the card. While checking the status. It shows the application is in process even after 1month

Status still shows WIP, In mail ask for manual proofs. HDFC Bank seems to be searching for reasons instead of resolving. My friend finished online video KYC & got card in week.Then what’s the meaning of digitalisation?
