@AirIndiaX No point in repeating the rules when they are so customer unfriendly. Simple economics dictate that you fill the flight - not charge exorbitant amounts when seats are available. Not to mention a bad customer experience - do you think I will fly this airline again?

@airasia We tried to move a 725 pm flt to Blr from Hyd to an earlier one. Seats are available, but counter agent says that we have to pay Rs 15K for the change - does it make any business sense? Have done it for free with other airlines. Need better #CustomerService. @airindiax
