@itmsug What's the point of having so many technocrat, experts in the ministry, When the system is implemented without proper technical infrastructure!!! You act when there is a protest from the public???
@DailyMonitor The system is long overdue, but the problem is 30 km speed limit. It means that someone has to drive at 20 or 25 kms speed. How is that practical
@M_Kananura@PoliceUg@MoWT_Uganda people have been talking about a lot these days about who has right of way, I guess this govt vehicle on Jinja Road this morning is not in that list ๐ค
I sometimes think the government must make it mandatory to get them mentally checked.I don't think KCCA and police can manage the situation. I wish you drive one day like a normal citizen without any escort to see it yourself . Thanks. Thread 4/4
@mkainerugaba Sir,I've been one of your followers on X handle for a long time,& I think you're doing a fantastic job, always keeping in mind the development of our great country UG and Africa at large. My request to you is to look at the boda boda sector. Thread 1/4
Most of the riders don't have helmets, no reflectors, they sometimes carry upto 3 or 4 passengers, they don't respect any traffic regulations, they ride on the footpaths, on the wrong side of the road etc...many of them are also very rude and have a very bad behaviour. thread 3/4
@MoWT_Uganda The quality of work done is very poor. I don't know if there is any technical team from the Ministry who does the inspection of the work done.
"@UgandaTraffic@MoWT_Uganda Please address the issue of drivers stopping in the middle of intersections. This driver at ntinda-nakawa is blocking the way, waiting for the light to turn green. Better enforcement needed for safer roads! #RoadSafetyUG#TrafficUganda"
