Disgusting experience at Axis Bank Retail Banking Goregaon West branch. They have seven counters manned by totally inexperienced staff who are more busy chatting with each other as customers wait endlessly for resolution of queries. Worst is lack of knowledge by the personnel.

Govt should make it mandatory for all Pan shops & other retailers selling tobacco products to prominently display same graphic image with suitable warning, outside their outlets. Majority smokers in India especially youngsters visit the nearest Pan shop to have a smoke
