@UberINSupport i have scheduled ride for today 10AM(12sep) on 11 sep, morning whn i called he told he arrived already @ 9:40, since i scheduled it for 10AM i told will reach pickup point by 10AM, he cancelled trip and left and you guys are charging cancellation fees of 50Rs, WHY?
