I am now being contacted by private security firms with warnings for my safety as a hot bed of threats against me are being fueled and egged on by the most powerful man in the world.

The man I supported and helped get elected.

Aggressive rhetoric attacking me has historically led to death threats and multiple convictions of men who were radicalized by the same type rhetoric being directed at me right now.

This time by the President of the United States.

As a woman I take threats from men seriously.

I now have a small understanding of the fear and pressure the women, who are victims of Jeffrey Epstein and his cabal, must feel.

As a Republican, who overwhelmingly votes for President Trump‘s bills and agenda, his aggression against me which also fuels the venomous nature of his radical internet trolls (many of whom are paid), this is completely shocking to everyone.

My phone is blowing up with constant amazing support. I’m so thankful!

The Political Industrial Complex and the toxic violent nature of American politics must end.

Our country is worth saving and it can only be done if we pull together and save ourselves.

Once upon a time, a house was on fire in a nice neighborhood.

Politically, it was a pretty mixed neighborhood, almost perfectly split down the middle between Republicans and Democrats. But there was a house on fire that threatened to set the rest of the neighborhood on fire.

So the owner of the house called 911.

The fire department showed up, and spoke to the owner of the house on fire, who was a Republican. He was the one who called the fire department in the first place.

The owner of the house looked at the fireman, and said "Wait a minute... you're a Democrat, aren't you?"

The fireman, incredulous, answered "Yes I am, sir, but you need to get out of the way if you want us to put that fire out. I mean, you called us, said it was an emergency."

The rest of the neighborhood was shouting at the owner, whose name was MAGA Mike, to let the fireman put out the fire.

But MAGA Mike had just gotten a text from some jackass who was running to be the head of the neighborhood association who told him to make sure no Democrats help put out the fire.

They decided they would just wait for a Republican fireman to put out the fire.

So, he sent the fireman away, and his house burned down as well as a bunch of other houses.

And, when it was time to pick a leader of the neighborhood association, everyone in the entire neighborhood remembered how that jackass had the fireman sent away, and they ran him the fuck out of town.

Sad news in Maine college hoops. Dick Meader, who spent 44 seasons coaching college basketball in Maine (27 at umf, 17 at thomas) passed away yesterday after suffering a stroke last week. Meader retired at UMF in 2020. He won 513 games in his career.
