What is the latest with regards to the loadshedding, I mean UNPLANNED POWER OUTAGE, in Hyde Park?
It's going to be 12 hours with no electricity soon. Highest rates should mean quickest response.

How can they not know what the issue is yet???

It took them 8 hours to get on site. And after 5 hours on site they still don't know what the problem is???

Is this a planned "unplanned" #outage?

@CityPowerJhb @Marttwit I'm an "affected customer" and I've not been updated at all! So I'm not sure what you're saying - do your staff STILL not know what the problem is, over 12 hours since power went off??? #badTechnicians
