In 6 months I ran an offer up to $1.3 Mill cash collected by myself

No sales manager

No copywriter

Just me, ai, and a semi decent sales team of 5-6 reps

For a while I thought I could chad scale it by myself (which I did)

But I was completely drowned in the ops, sales, marketing that I had no time to actually think of the real levers to pull

That forever taught me that if you want to sustain growth you must have an:

- elite marketer
- elite sales manager
- elite operations
- elite sales team

If I ran that offer back with those 4 pieces we would’ve at least 3x that growth

Instead of hitting a $500k/month we easily would’ve hit $1 mill

Every offer I run now we recruit absolute dogs

I don’t have to drown in operations or touch sales anymore

I just get to think about the right levers to pull and trust in my team to execute

Don’t be cheap on your team or you’ll get shitty outputs

I swear most of us just hold ourselves back by disqualifying ourselves before anybody even says anything

Last year, I was making $700/month before Ben Bader hired me to be his closer

I could have said "Nah, no shot I can do that, I have no qualifications for it"... but I didn't.

I had delusional confidence AND the faith that it was all in God's time and that I was capable

Turns out that opportunity completely changed my life and we made over $600k together with me being the only closer managing some setters under me.

Long story short, you gotta be that guy before you ever are that guy, and eventually you'll realize you were always that guy

You don’t need A players to scale your business.

I brought on people who had common sense and a good work ethic, gave them a STRUCTURED onboarding process, a saucy training portal, daily training and a direct roadmap to $10k/m and they started teeing up.

Train smart people / B players into A players…they love you more and they are less annoying to deal with. Half the time A player reps are mad lazy and don’t listen.
