@DrKristieLeong@dkuo_goodenough Bloodwork and body composition data are also essential prior to peptide research. Without data, you are wasting money and gambling with your health.
Bloodwork and body composition measurements are the key to successful research. If you do not do these things, you are gambling with your health and allowing vanity to rule your decision making. These are the results of my latest cycles (4 months). Metrics provide understanding!
@morellifit, I have been tracking bloodwork and body composition during my latest peptide cycles (last four months). The results speak for themselves. Weight down 14.3 lbs (40 total), skeletal muscle mass up 3.1%, and %BF down 8.8%. I'm 49 and feel 35!
@MagnusElway@felixbe54584201 Same. I am considering deploying some constructing some Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom style traps in effort to deploy the PT-141 package! ๐คฃ
@DonHollywood22 Good man! They grow up fast. This was my son in August of 2025 compared to today. He has been doing peptide research under doctor's supervision and has had the following results...
@felixbe54584201 Love Semax! I just finished a cycle of nasal spray and, for me at least, have found better results using sub-q injections. I'll be reconstituting a vial today to get back into the groove!
I have been SUPER skeptical of ordering gray market products. Your comment below about them trying to sneak in 10ml unlabeled generic vials proves my skepticism to be valid. You would need to perform chromatography, endotoxin, and heavy metal tests to ensure you are safe.
@golfmusclemstr, this tip is particularly useful when researching NAD+. NAD+ is known to have a sting when conducting sub-q research. I have experienced significant reduction in this sting when allowing NAD+ to warm closer to room temperature.
Pro tip for smoother peptide injections ๐
Loading up the insulin pen โ letting them hit room temp under a dark cover โ zero sting on the push. Cold peptides = unnecessary burn. Save yourself the wince!

@alc2022, we have to be able to protect electronic private health information (ePHI) in order to navigate regulatory protection of privacy. It appears that the required data inputs could be anonymized to accomplish this requirement. Is that correct, or am I missing something?
@AbudBakri I have been running Epithalon on a 20 day cycle twice per year. 5mg right before bed and 100mg total over 20 days. Taken sub-q 30-45min before bed. This has significantly improved quality of sleep. Consistency matters. 8 hours with consistent schedule (e.g. 9PM to 5AM).
I am 49 and these and have been researching peptides for over a year. These are the peptides that have had the greatest impact on my health. Retatrutide, Epithalon, NAD+, MOTS-c, KLOW (BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-CU, KPV), PT-141, and CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin. @morellifit, do you agree?
@morellifit Too much noise to track any KPIs. You have to define a goal and a stack that helps you meet that goal. First, and foremost, you have to have a blood panel so that you have a baseline to measure from. Otherwise it is Vegas style health management!
