This rider just framed my restaurant of overcharging customers. @grabph

The customer had specific instructions on what they wanted to order, but the grab rider added an order that was no on the list telling us that it was the customers request.

No we did not, the rider told us it was an extra order. And we couldve removed it if it was the wrong order.

TLDR; the rider ordered additional orders on purpose so they can guilt trip the customer into givig it to them for free.

Then the customer sent us their conversation with the rider. The rider told them that my restaurant “accidentally” charged an extra item and it was impossible to change (its not).
