@flyPAL You should have canceled the flight before diverting passengers to another destination and leaving them wondering how they’ll afford to get to where they originally paid to go. Bad weather isn’t the passengers’ fault. @flyPAL
You offered a flight from Cebu to Davao, but that only gets the passengers part of the way. It would be more helpful if you could also provide bus transportation for passengers traveling to Cotabato, since that is their original destination. @flyPAL
Passengers are now forced to spend an extra 300+ for a Grab/taxi to the bus terminal and another 500+ for the bus to Cbo all at thier own expense. Pls dont leave passengers to shoulder the additional costs caused by the flight disruption. @flyPAL
We appreciate that u provided accommodation despite not having an exact departure date or time. However, offering passengers d option to return to MNL while considering d entire fare forfeited with no refund and no rebooking for d unused portion of d ticket seems unfair @flyPAL
My sister’s flight from MNL to CBO was diverted to Cebu due to bad weather. She later received an email stating that the flight had been cancelled. Now, you offer to fly passengers back to MNL, but weve been told that the fare cannot be refunded or rebooked. Clarify pls @flyPAL
Can senators be professional enough to prioritize the people first? You were elected to serve as leaders of the public, not to spend your time investigating your fellow senators.
We need leadership, action, and accountability. You are a public servant, not a ruler. Your responsibility is to serve the people and put their needs above politics and personal interests.
