@LNER Is there any chance you could consider introducing something to remind people in the quiet coaches to keep it down. Appreciate it can be challenging for staff to manage but I always book then quiet coach and it’s never respected. There are literally people standing chatting

@O2 It’s been delivered now. So much for next day delivery. Ordered Sunday but can’t collect until today. And have to go into a branch to collect. Meanwhile my partner ordered his new handset with EE at 6pm last night and it’s already been delivered to our door…

@EastMidRailway I submitted a Delay Repay claim last week as my journey was delayed and I’ve had an email asking me to provide photos of the tickets cut in half and uploaded to my ‘Customer Journey’ but that link takes me to the delay repay login and isn’t allowing me to upload.

@CrossCountryUK Currently in Darlington en route to Nottingham via Derby. The Newcastle to Reading service has been terminated and the trains gone back to Newcastle. What is the ticket situation once trains are back running? Quite a number of potential routes with other companies

@CrossCountryUK Great! Although there is no train now as it was taken back empty to Newcastle. Would the best option be on the Plymouth service to Derby? Would prefer the route that’s the quickest but will need to change to @EastMidRailway for the leg to Notts.

@TheAA_UK Had an AA mechanic out earlier due to my car not starting as the battery is flat. Managed to get it back running. But it’s gone again this evening and will just need replacing. (1/2)

@TheRAC_UK Trying to book a battery change for my car as it’s flat and won’t start - old battery. When booking it states it has to be on a driveway or in a car park, but it’s on a residential street and can’t be moved onto our driveway as it’s not running. Can you still help?
