It is unforgiveable and membership in NFRA should be disqualifying for posts requiring an oath to the Constitution.
@tribelaw Shouldn't the largest problem for conservative justices be that any immunity they may grant would be legislated from the bench, invented from whole cloth without textual or historical basis? That seems entirely inconsistent with conservative judicial philosophy.
