Feel really sad for him and the government should ease and expedite the process, utter shame on government. But as a personal finance professional I always keep saying to my clients, keep and emergency fund with you (that could 3-6 months of salary). We never know what might come from where and money is many times the answer for these things.
@MSDianAbhiii It is amazing. The rains are unpredictable. But if you have a good property you can get to see a different Goa and explore a lot cafés and Restro. I would highly recommend.
@coolcoder56 Things are fragile. Be prepared for any kind of uncertainty life throws at you. Create an emergency fund. Save before spending too much. Do not go overboard and take liabilities
I’m sorry but I don’t see a priority issue here. Every department is working accordingly and if this is one the things achieved/initiated what is the problem in saying it out loud. There are 100 issues pending and needs to be resolved I know but just criticising everything does not make sense I feel.
@amazonIN my order was supposed to be delivered on 10th of July (I paid extra charge for it). It dint came, I understood because of Palkhi. It was supposed to come today. It is out for delivery in the morning at 10:15. Yet it has not been delivered. Horrible service. No way to connect with your team over application as well.
@sflorimm What if I know the product and what I want to build then doesn’t that help? I’m instructing what needs to be done and checking and reverting again with what is working and what not?
@KalpenParekh Thanks to COVID and all the finfluencers who made everyone believe that money from markets can be made easily and 12% is not even a return one should think of. This is a reality check for all the investors who come to market with a mindset of making big in short time.
@aravind You said the Iran-US war will come to an end by May with India playing a big role. Also your theory suggested that china may weaken and US will get a good deal. Nothing of sorts has happened. What do you think?
@sandeepjethwani How is a PMS tax efficient tool? An AIF and a mutual fund is. Either I am missing something or there is a behind the scene area of selling PMS over mutual funds. Additionally, the returns post expenses are not extra-ordinary and even poor when risk is taken into consideration.
@dmuthuk It is just fear mongering. A plain amount, speak on a podcast & get viral. People only talk about finance in personal finance & no one really focuses on a fact that it has to be personal. Recently did a retirement planning of a client and 5 crore is all he got but can outlive him
@SandeepMall 40 crore is such a vague amount. There is one thing which one needs to understand that one number is not for all. I have clients who have 4-5 lacs as monthly income but retirement looks good at 10-15 crore corpus whilst enjoying their life today. Fear mongering at its best.
Making ₹10 Cr is about hard work and a good business model. Making ₹100 Cr is about architecture. Ironically, the journey from 10 to 100 is exactly where most Indian family legacies go to die. Here is the "Silent Risk" no one is talking about.
I am building a Multi-Family Office framework in Pune to bridge this "Execution Gap". We focus on Wealth Preservation and Succession, ensuring your legacy lasts for generations. If you're a business owner or a CA, let's talk. DM is open.📩
