How does an organization deliver an enterprise digital transformation program moving ~30K sellers to a new Salesforce based SalesCloud platform in less than 1 year? Here's our story.
@AxisBank@AxisBankSupport Frustrating experience. Visited a branch for Forex card. They asked me to apply online from Axis mobile app. Issued card at the branch, but now are saying another card will be sent to my home. Am traveling tomorrow. Need branch issued card activated.

@EurekaForbes I renewed AMC for water purifier on 22nd Nov. I followed up with a service request on 6th Dec. Till date, no one has visited. All your support options - email, WhatsApp just push for creating one more service request. How can I get someone to visit?
Journey to Ballari was fun. Fresh harvest in fields, watching and observing all fellow travelers, an innocence on faces that you only observe among rural folk, and broad smiles.
Overall, an experience to savor. Must do it for more days next time. Until then, cherish India!
For a long time, I have wanted to take a totally unplanned trip using public transport.
The idea took root in my mind as our daily lives are now scheduled to a T, one almost feels like a robot.
We look for surety in everyday living, while life offers none.

Most shops closed at around 8:30 pm. I had Anna sambar at the bus stand canteen and called it a night.
Slept sound in spite of intermittent announcements from bus stand.
Woke up the next day, got ready quickly, and had an amazing Benne dosa with a guest patiently waiting.
The next day, breakfast was set dosa at a local shop, and with it started the return journey.
Bus to Ballari stopped at each village on the route. In my observation, each village has these spots, where folks just come to chit-chat and loiter around, common across the country.
Same drill at Gangavathi about looking for a room. It was much warmer here, near the iron ore town of Ballari.
I stepped out in the evening and, to my surprise, found a Puneri Amruttulya Tea shop being run by a local.
I tried several snack items from roadside vendors.
I got on another bus from Challakere. Same drill again. Ticket for last destination - Gangavathi.
The bus stopped at several villages and small towns on the way, taking several passengers, mostly from rural Karnataka, and several women as they get free rides from the govt.
I stepped out after freshening up around 5:30 pm, and just decided to take a round on main town street.
Found an old looking restaurant and ordered freshly made Murukku, a Masala Dosa, and coffee.
Murukku and the unlimited chutney were awesome.
Reached Challakere around 2-2:30 pm. I noticed a lodge just outside the bus stand and enquired about a room, asking to see it before booking.
I liked what I saw, entered details in register, and paid the money.
I decided to take a nap to let the hot afternoon pass.
Bus just stopped at one place - Hiriyur. It was around 12:30 pm. I got down to buy a water bottle and eat a snack.
While I was down, aunty - likely younger than me, on the front seat, gestured me to buy her a Mango drink. I obliged and saw her gulp entire bottle in one go.
I had not heard of Challakere before.
As the bus started, I felt the tension of doing this with no plans, easing out. Bus wasn't crowded much.
I enjoyed one entire seat to myself and just reminisced the good old days of taking bus jounreys regularly.
I was kind of free from duties at home and work this long weekend. So, just decided to put together a backpack and head to Majestic Bus stand.
Idea was to get on any random bus, ask for the destination, and purchase a ticket to that place.
Challakere - the first stop.
@MohammadKaif Sir, hope your view can be applied to batsmen as well. Rahul's average is 30. He needs to focus on batting only. Rishabh's is early 40s. Not mature yet as a captain. Usually, you look at best player with right strategic perspective to be the captain. It is Bumrah currently.
@IrfanPathan It is batting. India could have drawn or won the series if batting had kept up and performed. And selection - did not need two spinners on this Sydney pitch. It is time ex-cricketers call spade a spade.
