@Coalaxtech Hello, I am pulling my hair out trying to get my Lancer backpack. I supported the project via kickstarter. My kickstarter account got hacked and we finally got it all sorted out. I connected with [email protected] and was assured my backpack would ship and they even said they were sending it out with a $19 gift card..(see photo). I still havent received it and all my emails go ignored. Can anyone help here?

@AmericanAir So I would love some feedback. I bought Wimbledon Tickets in July 2023 for July of 2024. I used my reward points to book to economy tickets to London on American. The full reservation was ORD to LRH then the Return was from Rome to Philly to ORD. Our flight was delayed 30 minutes from original depart time. The plane arrived the night before and was in the hanger. Finally after boarding late, we took off and 20 minutes into the flight we heard a large thump. The plane started to turn around and I knew we were headed back to Chicago. Around 15 minutes later the captain confirmed my suspicions and he announced we had to return. After returning, they let us know our new flight time was 10 hours later. When I reached out to my hotel they let me know that if I cancelled (since it was less than 24 hours) I would loose my whole reservation because it was very busy in london during Wimbledon. So I had to pay for a room that I couldn't use, I also lost my reservations at Harrods for Tea and more importantly, I lost a full day at Wimbledon. I lost over 6K in expenses. Now its been over a month. I have used "https://t.co/KOtPuAlWql" and had a horrible experience. Over 25 messages, many asking, then demanding for a phone call. Multiple times I received a standard reply. Not addressing any of my issues. On the rare occasion that someone actually responded with something other than an form letter, I was offered 12K points for my trouble, and another offered 128 dollar flight credit total for my two tickets. When I finally got a person to acknowldege my significant loss, they asked me to provide all my Bank information and proof of expenses. I said I would not provide bank info till I spoke with a human from AA. I did provide my receipts and all the info they requested. Since I did that, that person has not responded in over 10 business days. I have documented every step of this and the document is over 25 pages long. Im a platinum member (almost pro) and typically like American. But not being able to talk to a human being after sending over 25 messages and having no ability to directly call Customer Relations should be illegal. AA has shown no willingness to compensate my loss. I have even suggested all they could do was reinstate my points that I used for the flight and I would be fine. Given this issue was directly related to their ability to keep a plane in the sky, I feel I deserve proper compensation for my loss....Am I out of my mind?
