@NTA_Exams NTA, it's clear, your system goofed up the data of earlier submitted bank details for the refund. So now asking from each one b4 allowing admit card download. Shame! Details are actually not required, refund should be processed by returning the fee to the source account directly.

@NTA_Exams The unnecessary clubbing of 2 activity has unwanted problems. 1st is the high failure rates. 2nd is the msg - 'you have agreed to not provide bank details..' And then you clarify that 3rd opportunity to amend will be provided after re-neet! What a hotch-potch! A systemic failure.

@NTA_Exams Along with the students download data, from your audit trails - share the total attempt nos. to do it, to show failure figures. When there was going to be load on the servers, why were bandwidth arrangements not temporary made ab initio. Was this a new phenomenon for you!

@NTA_Exams The system asks for mandatory edit/confirm of refund bank Ac details. It does not allow access to admit card link straight away. And contrary to your msg, It asks for otp for it! And, Even though the details are correct the 1st time, one has to use the edit switch. What a joke!
