@IBKR your customer service sucks! it looks like they have outsorced it in India. Takes weeks now for simple requests such as adding user access to accounts which normally is within 24 hours. Bring bacl the old customer service people please! @ibkr

@IBKR the customer service of @ibkr interactive brokers are so slow ever since they used a 3rd party service located in india! this sucks.. it takes ages to have create a useraccess to be approved. Back then it takes within 24 hours! Now it’s been a month and no action yet!!
