@SharpFootball Cancel all of this 😂😂. I'm an idiot. If what i was saying was true, then every last ditch lateral play of a game would be over as soon as the ball hit the ground.
@SharpFootball Could be completely wrong here but if you fumble late in the game or on 4th down, it cant be advanced by anyone but the fumbler. I would think a 2pt conversion at any point would be the same
@strawhathawk@dalton1527@hotsauceman123@SharpFootball That makes sense. The shot I had said "backwards pass and fumble" but it doesn't mean they are the same. I'm good now lol. If what i was saying was true, then every last ditch lateral play of a game would be over as soon as the ball hit the ground
@TerryWLynn@jgsph@SharpFootball I agree with the defensive player advancing it for them. I think thats why i was wrong to think this shouldn't have counted. But the rule says in the pic "PAT".
@Bibcilly@Matt_BRnews@SharpFootball Yeah, maybe thats it. It was a weird play and idk whats right. The offense didn't "advance" anything. Defense did it for them. Not the offense's fault they hit it forward.
@hotsauceman123@SharpFootball Backwards pass=fumble. Not a fan of either team, so idc either way. Just the first thing that popped in my head when i saw the replays
