I am writing to formally complain about excessive finance and levy charges applied to my credit card since its issue date of 1 September 2020.

Despite making payments regularly over the past six months, my account continues to reflect an outstanding balance of ₹1,050 along with high finance charges. The continued application of these charges is unjustified and unacceptable. I have not been provided with a clear, itemized explanation of how these amounts have been calculated.

I therefore demand the following actions:

1. A complete, itemized statement of my credit card account from 1 September 2020 to date.
2. A detailed explanation of all finance charges, penalties, and levy fees applied.
3. Immediate reversal of any incorrect, excess, or unjustified charges.
4. Written confirmation of corrective action taken on my account.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the complaint to the Banking Ombudsman and other appropriate regulatory authorities.

Kindly acknowledge receipt of this complaint and provide a resolution within 7 working days.
