@BinanceUS Why hasn't anyone replied to my ticket #1275126 from 5/17? When I registered my account on 5/9, your website only accepted my old address that I moved out of well over a year ago. SO HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO UPLOAD PROOF OF ADDRESS IF IT CAN'T BE OLDER THAN 90 DAYS???
@AmazonHelp@amazon@ajassy@FBI@JeffBezos And the eventual link I was given by Chris with the Social Media team is of course the same link repeatedly given to me. Why am I not surprised...
@ajassy@AmazonHelp@JeffBezos Please take a close look at an absurd claim for order ID 113-9412777-8689018. If @amazon closes it in favor of the buyer, then don't mind me as I let the world know that you support lying scammers vs honest sellers. Do the right thing. Thank you.
@AmazonHelp I submitted the form. You need to understand that if this issue is not resolved, then I will gladly let the entire world know that @amazon WILL ALWAYS SIDE WITH THE BUYER, EVEN IF IT'S CRYSTAL CLEAR THAT THE BUYER IS A SCAMMER. #ClassActionLawsuit#ic3gov@ajassy@FBI@JeffBezos
@AmazonHelp Your link eventually goes to the same link provided before that leads to a dead end (https://t.co/fjyxUQGioD https://t.co/1xSjeWoAb1 https://t.co/kCecyJSK1e). It's easy for you to provide this stupid link repeatedly, but we'll see how well @amazon does in a #ClassActionLawsuit.
@jayleebio We cannot access your account here via Twitter. We're happy to help you in any way possible. However, you will need to reach out to our Seller Support team directly. -Mike
@AmazonHelp No, I will NOT delete my tweet. And you & I both know there is NO WAY WHATSOEVER to reach Seller Support. Don't pretend you don't know this.
@AmazonHelp As of right now, I can't even find the Appeal link even though it says I have until today to do so. The scammer eventually said he fixed the item for $30, but never provided proof of receipt. He never returned the item either. I will be filing a report with #ic3gov shortly. @FBI
@AmazonHelp Mike, no offense but there is no "form". The link eventually gets me to the actual claim page, which is telling me via email so far that "this order is eligible for return" with no reason provided.
@AmazonHelp Mike, that link is a general one that doesn't really go anywhere. You need to look at the claim opened right now (with no claim number) that's associated with order 113-9412777-8689018. If you still side with the buyer after reading it, then I deserve the right to know WHY.
@AmazonHelp My biggest concern is if the buyer returns an item he's been using for years that no longer works and blames it on me. And if I lose the claim, I'll have to refund everything including shipping AND pay for the return as well. Are you really gonna let him get away with this?
@NumberBarn I'm trying to port a number from @NumberBarn to @FamilyMobile. If they ask what the name of my current service provider is, do I say "NumberBarn"?
@Complyfoam Your website states: "*Free US Shipping via DHL SmartMail if order is above $25.00". So why does it try to charge me a $3.99 shipping fee to CA no matter what the total is? https://t.co/Lfpzm529wx
@AmazonUK My order for Christmas came heavily damaged as usual, so I placed another order, that came 10 times worse. I paid $92.25 for the 2nd order, which @USPS wants me to pay $88.20 to return it. Is this fair? Why don't you pay for return shipping like @amazon does? @JeffBezos
