Ash, if you develop the individual technique and then that playerโs individual tactics - once you start putting these players together something quite special is possible. For Foundation Phase players, staying on the ball is where it all begins. Letโs do it๐
At U9โs? Let the focus be about being exciting on the ball and really hard to beat when the other team has it. Formations/tactics/strategy comes much later. I know teams have to compete in leagues but the focus should still be on the individual and the role they play.
