@FirstAberdeen absolutely shocking service! Charge more to use but 2 buses haven't shown up in a row! I now have to get a taxi to work. What I don't understand is its the no.13 its one of the slower routes every 20mins. How the hell does 2 buses manage to fall behind!

@eon_next wouldn't it make more sense to be able to change your tarriff online instead of everyone having to contact yourselves?? I'm on a very high fixed tarriff and have asked to move onto a variable and still haven't heard anything back.
