@AshwiniVaishnaw @RailMinIndia @Central_Railway I am travelling from Rani KMP to Gwalior vide shatabdi Express 12001, C5 Coach. All the washrooms in my coach and nearby coaches are in horrible state, not at all cleaned. TT has not taken any due action. Seats are dirty too.
