If I Ruled the World, I would instruct the presidents of every media outlet to air this video in prime time. I would instruct every professor in every university to show it in every class. And then, I would freeze every social media account, until the owners of said accounts watched this seven minute public service announcement in its entirety. However, because I don't rule the world, and because I don't really harbor authoritarian tendencies, (I think,) I can only share the wisdom of Mr. Hudson on my personal page and encourage you to do the same. And invite him onto my podcast, at his convenience.
🚨 CHIEF OF CHICAGO POLICE NAILED IT: "Let me make this CLEAR! Federal agents, ICE, HSI, are officers. They are agents of law enforcement." 🇺🇸
"We need to be clear about these laws. We cannot become a society where we just decide to take everything in our own hands and start to commit crimes against law enforcement!"
"It is a crime. You may not like what they're doing. I can understand that there's a lot of emotions out there, but that does NOT mean that you get to commit a crime, especially one that could lead to deadly force."
"We need to keep everyone safe. Our responsibilities when it comes to federal agents, and I've been asked these questions, we do not interfere with the duties and responsibilities of federal agents." - stated in Oct. 2025
Even in CHICAGO, you can stand with ICE and all federal agents.
The Minneapolis Police Chief should be saying this RIGHT NOW.
I couldn't make it to Davos this year, but I'm delighted to see that my message has. Here's an enlightening exchange between two of the most successful businessmen in the world, Jensen Huang and Larry Fink, regarding the impact of AI on skilled labor. I watched it lie this morning, as I waited for the coffee to kick in. https://t.co/vpxLETDQkK The entire clip is 30 minutes, but I've attached a short clip wherein Jensen, the CEO at NVDIA, talks about "the greatest infrastructure project in the history of mankind," and the opportunities for those entering the skilled trades today.
Obviously, our workforce is nowhere near ready for what's coming. In fact, we're not ready for what's already here. We're going to need to dramatically rethink the way we train the men and women who will build the infrastructure in question, and the speed with which we do so. I'm heartened and encouraged to see Silicon Valley at the table, along with the current administration, who seems determined to reinvigorate the skilled trades by whatever means necessary.
At this point, it's only a matter of national security...
We showed this video last night at our Christmas Eve service. We’ve shared it before, but in case you missed it, here’s this beautiful depiction of why Jesus came. It was created with our friends at @ChildlikeMedia
“Don’t leave Jesus in the manger; don’t remember Him only at Christmas. Instead, learn to walk with Him every day, as you pray and read His Word and ask Him to help you.” #BillyGraham
Merry Christmas!
“Christmas is not a time or a season, but a state of mind. To cherish peace and good will, to be plenteous in mercy, is to have the real spirit of Christmas. If we think on these things, there will be born in us a Savior and over us will shine a star sending its gleam of hope to the world.”
—President Calvin Coolidge, 1927
God, thank You for bringing me through another day & staying close to me, reminding me You are with me, even when I can’t explain how I feel. I come to You just as I am. Thanks for understanding me even when my prayers don’t have all the words. I place this night in Your hands.
Pray with me
December 1, 2025
Father, You are wise, and You are the One who holds the scroll of history in Your hands. Nothing escapes Your sight. Nothing moves without Your permission. Nothing rises or falls outside Your sovereign will.
Lord, we feel the trembling of the earth. the uncertainty, the cries of creation groaning for redemption. And yet, through all of it, You remain seated and unshaken. You remind me that judgment is not chaos, it is clarity. It is the world being set right again.
God, like the souls under the altar, I lift my own cry to You. How long, O Lord? How long until You bring justice to what is broken? How long until You silence evil, restore what has been taken, and vindicate those who stand for truth? Give me patience to wait in faith. Give me endurance when the world feels dark. Give me courage when righteousness seems costly.
Clothe me, as You clothed the martyrs, with the white robe of Your grace. Let me rest in the promise that You have not forgotten, not one cry, not one tear, not one injustice. Help me trust that Your timing is perfect, that Your judgments are righteous, and that Your kingdom will come exactly as You have declared.
Until that day, make me faithful. Make me bold. Make me steady. Let me stand firm in the Lamb who opened the seals, the Lamb who was slain, and the Lamb who will reign forever.
In His name I pray, amen.
