@Coles My partner tried complaining about a recent order through Facebook, it says you respond in 2 hours... Still no solution to our problem and now a week later! Yet I've complained before through Twitter and had a quick response. Funny how you review public complaints quicker!

@Coles It's actually multiple orders and issues. 7756012 we had sweet potato swapped for just regular. And order 77583392 we had the coleslaw in the photo aswell as a half leg of lamb which was 500g under the weight which we actually paid for. I can send additional photos if needed.
