@HodlMagoo 50% crash in equities would be a about a 4 year set back, but a 50% crash in real estate would be roughly 25 years. They would benefit more from the real estate crash, but have no down payment and boomer parents not able to help because their real estate portfolio tanked.
@ZeroHedge_ Why would $NVDA buy 30M shares of $IREN if the market clearly decided it was a failed breakout? Shouldnโt they have shorted it instead? @mikealfred make it make sense.
