@ATT @CapitalOne i’ve got a problem. AT&T jacked my bill with huge credit card fees per line. The only way to fix this is to do draft from checking. But if I don’t pay my bill with my credit card, I lose the venture X cell phone insurance. I use it to pay AT&T deductibles. Help

@VW we’ve now been three laps through the dealership and customer support and we’ve gotten nowhere.All the @VW team involved in this want to dodge the botched transmission repair and how that can affect the longevity of our Atlas. We have no choice but to file a lemon law claim.

@Xfinity I need someone to contact me about cancellation of service for an elderly parent. This is a ridiculous amount of work and we need help. By the way for anybody who’s interested they were charging this lady $266 a month for minimal channels and low bandwidth Internet.

@Toyota I bought a new VW Atlas this fall. 2 months in the transmission had to be replaced. That repair was botched and the r car was in for another repair. I can’t get @VW to respond for a request to discuss. Thought of buying Toyota. Do you guys do better than this?

@VW I recently bought a top of the line Atlas in Memphis. The electronics were glitchy right off the bat. So I called service and was told the first appointment in a month out. Obviously I am flabbergasted. Drop ins are 5 days out. What’s going on???
