@Rationalconsu23 @UmpireAuditor This comes directly from the MLB website. Here's a quote from their ABS explainer "Players will have roughly two seconds to signal their intent". The ABS portion of the game has not made its way into the written rule book. The only explanation is on the MLB website.

@birdlawstudent @UmpireAuditor Yeah he challenged that call in under one second . I don't know how much more immediate he can get than that. In the clip above you hear the UMP call strike at exactly 3 seconds and before the 4th second hits he's already tapping his helmet. Like you said, we can see the video

@christienforte @CredibleCrypto Not true. In Feb it had a sharp 1.5% decrease. This time its a 2.5% drop, so ya it's a bit more but to say there was no drop in Feb is not true.
