@VeryHelpers In a nutshell... Avoid this shoddy company at all costs and send your money to Bezos instead for a hassle-free shopping experience. And yes I have all relevant correspondence/proof, along with 3 cancellation emails, all of which are about as useful as a glass hammer ๐
@VeryHelpers Have DM'd you here, along with everywhere else but I seem to get a quicker response on public forums. Funny that. Bottom line after much stress, I'm left with an unrecognised account number with which I can't sign into your web chat, an unrecognised tracking number... Disgraceful
