Your drivers should be advised to NOT stop for gas when they've already been assigned a customer. Having to wait longer for a driver to arrive during a busy time of day is beyond frustrating. Why didn't they do that before starting their shift?!

@rideact If you could please remind your drivers to make sure they're not charging the transbay price, I believe when they're getting the bus from the yard. But always double checking would be helpful. This may also be the reason a person's card with a pass "doesn't work"

@rideact When does the detour for Line 71 end? Everyone along Carlson Blvd in Richmond doesn't know about it. It's not in the app nor online, only when outside of the area and seeing the map of the line

@amazon You guys are ridiculous. I ordered a piece of clothing and received a 5 POUND BAG OF XYLITOL! I'm on Amazon chat and all they're worried about is me sending back the xylitol instead of immediately sending me my item! Why is it not a priority to send me my correct item????

@rideact Your AC Transit app isn't working since yesterday. When tapping the screen nothing happens. The map doesn't show bus stops/lines I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice and nothing has changed. My other apps work fine. I've also sent a complaint on the website.

@Uber_Support I was an Uber passenger when the app went down. My ride was $8.96 which is pending in my bank account. But I received notification for rating and tipping with the price as $25.50. How can I get this corrected? I haven't tipped yet.

@tacobellcare Can't believe I was lied to in the app and in person about my order being ready 25 minutes after placing the order, then told I could wait inside then told I couldn't and eventually seeing other customers go inside through the other entrance.

@rideact I've already called customer service to put in a complaint but someone needs to contact the bus driver on the 71 line to let him know he left a passenger behind. El Cerrito Plaza BART Station stop ID 57286. He was parked on the other side and then left 😡
