This Friday will be my last day with Giant Bomb as per the announcement on the Bombcast today. I'm so proud of everything we've accomplished over the years and so thankful for everyone that has been a positive part of it. It has shaped who I am.
.@seetickets absolutely abhorrent service - three times disconnected from your IVR, no way of getting through to anyone on webchat - I haven't had my 4x Boardmasters ticket refunds back. Appalling. How do i speak to you, you owe me over £1,000!!!!

@AskVirginMoney Hi. OK so final question, if I have electricity/gas bills, printed out, with address etc on, will that work alongside a passport without having to have everything notorized?
@VirginMoney Hi. Do documents you require as part of the CC process need to be approved by a 'professional' even if they're original documents? IE, passport and utility bill?
