@ATU_134 @MrPriceBC @VanVoices @RimaMartinez_WV When you say "#westvan is asking", it's actually a developer setting the market rental rate (I believe based on @CMHC_ca ). Do you believe the community should be subsidizing affordable housing? Some of us would support that, but unfortunately this mayor and council wouldn't.
