What's the point of shouting at someone during examination? The concept needs to be explained please - whether you want to observe what we're performing or is this an open critique session where I can be stopped anytime for Q/A session.

I really want to know if consultants are pressure training us in final OSCEs or do they actually hate us so
All of us prepare for the osce the entire year only to be humiliated for that one single word but the right stuff we said goes unnoticed.

In other news, an estimated 25000 students of Pakistan paid almost 50k to the British council to appear for A levels math exam and two hours prior to the exam the paper got leaked. Countless hours of prep, hundreds of thousands paid in tuition fees over the year, all gone to waste.

Bear in mind this is the same educational board that funnels 50 billion out of Pakistan each year. Yet this is the third consecutive year they've failed to secure the paper. The students can't be compensated in any way.

@drkeithsiau It takes more time and less money this way. Maybe it's because our hospital caters people from low socioeconomic background but honestly people these days are getting scared by the amount of tests doctors write for a complaint for stomach ache.

@drkeithsiau Our consultants always ask us to make differentials while taking history, reduce the differentials to max 3 after doing relevant examination.. most probably you'll have the most appropriate dx by then. You can then 'confirm' it via scan or any expensive test after it.
