On 31st May we spent a very enjoyable day volunteering @COFARMHQ. This is the first community farm in Cambridge and so far they have donated over 25 tonnes of produce to the local community in the last 4 years. If you want to volunteer there we can highly recommend it @St_Faiths
We were honoured to cater the Nightingale Dinner at @Embley school. The plant-based, 3-course menu used #LocalProduce and was accompanied by a captivating speech from @Carolyn Ball explaining why we must change our food systems to drive the #ZeroWaste mission forward.
