Something happened the other day that irked me to my core.

And as a doctor, it’s something I’m up against often either indirectly or directly.

I had a colleague say this to me ⇓

“You’re on a mission to solve healthcare? Like how’s that possible? This is NOT solvable.”

And with all due respect... I know where they're coming from but I disagree entirely.

Obviously, we have a lot of issues in healthcare but this whole defeatist mentality where people think ⇓

“We can't attack this and meet the needs of the people” to me is absolutely crazy.

I wouldn't be doing what I do today if I didn't believe we could make the world better by doing so.

Either through our actions or through our push for systematic change.

I fundamentally believe we could create a more

1. Holistic
2. Effective
3. And efficient healthcare system

If we simply make some basic changes.

The only thing stopping us is our perspectives.

And if we all think like my colleague does, nothing will ever improve.

In fact, it will only get worse.
