The current price tag for this new (smaller) Science Centre is over $1 Billion - and surely will go up.
As a reminder, the previous Science Centre needed just $24-$32 Million in "critical" repairs, and approximately $200M over the next couple of decades in normal maintenance.
Kathleen Wynne made the very same argument - that money from selling off shares in the profitable Hydro One, which paid dividends, would go towards building transit.
The voters hated it and voted for Ford instead.
Canada is rich enough we do not need to sell airports, any more than Ontario needed to sell Highway 407.

Isn't it obvious why Doug Ford supports the grocery stores over regular people?
Surveillance pricing benefits the real people he works for.

The gas in those pumps was refined weeks ago, from oil extracted months ago, none of which came through the Straits of Hormuz. So why does it cost 15c more per litre than it did LAST Friday? I ask why, in @TorontoStar: https://t.co/Y9eycI8dOf. #canlab /2

Next Batman doesn't need to be "funny."
Doesn't have to be a "Dark Knight" either.
There's a period between West & Miller that we've never really seen in live action.
A bronze age, blue/grey/yellow, detective, & superfriend.
No Batusi... No black armor...
That's what we need.
@JoshMatlow Let's hope that better maintenance of our streets means that trees and trees pits can be looked after in a timely manner. Nine months is a bit much. If we wanted these weeds to be maintained this summer, we had to put the 311 request in last September. #TOpoli @@311Toronto
