10 days into intermittent fasting with an eating window between 11am to 7pm, cutting sugar to 2-3 teaspoons a day for coffee mostly and light walking and have lost roughly 7 pounds. Mostly feels like water weight but bloating significantly less, a lot more energy. I like it.

I’ve been following the price action of Amazon and it’s been consolidating and edging traders for an incredible rally either towards earnings or after. I’m in some long dated calls myself. On a side note, I need to find a new dark roast coffee.
