@AmericanAir you need to fix the app. If a passenger decides to move seats with less than 24 hours until boarding, the QR is invalid. People have stopped using the app because of this.

@AmericanAir Less than stellar? Got to the plane and there was more than enough room for 80-90 bags. The ground crew said they checked 150+ bags. I am at a loss for words. This is the worst I have seen in 10+ years of travel.
