@TfL any reason why a southbound northern line service stopped at every station except Balham? Didn’t tell anyone it wasn’t stopping until we just whizzed past it and no communication from the driver. Missed my train and had to pay for an uber for no apparent reason whatsoever!

@GooglePlay Been there, done that and they tried to contact you too and you ignored them as well! This fraud happened on your platform and the responsibility falls on you. I can’t believe how long this has taken for you to engage and you still won’t try and help. I’m appalled and disgusted.
@GooglePlay Yes, multiple times but it’s a rather unique situation which the formula of the forms don’t allow. It’s not my account, so none of these forms are any help to me.
@GooglePlay It’s not an account I own or control, it was an account set up using my stolen mobile phone and its number. I cannot believe how many times I’ve had to try and explain this without anyone taking any notice. That form is not helpful when it’s not an account I control.
