The RVU “efficiency” cut it is going to hurt physicians significantly. Most are now hospital employees because of the lack of site of service payment equity. Many physicians are on RVU based productivity contracts. So while hospitals do better and better, you essentially have given docs a progressive 2.5% pay cut despite CPI increases. Why?? We are the ones doing the work!
