This is the most harrowing story ever.

This guy is a multi-billionaire.

His insane wife STOLE $80 billion dollars from him.

She then divorced him.

When the courts got involved, when they tried to FIND up the money

But she had no record of where the money went.

She “lost” it.

Actually, that story is a lie.

You see, this story is actually about this federal government program called 340B.

It costs $80 billion yearly.

The problem with it is, the entire program doesn’t have to show where any of the money it gets from taxpayers actually goes.

It’s estimated that this program added $23 billion to employer healthcare costs in 12 months.

This is what happens when programs have no accountability:

They get bigger and more costly, you get the bill.

This isn't about ending the 340B program.

It's about making sure it actually works for American patients.

While the "full and unconditional" preemptive pardon President Biden granted to Dr. Anthony Fauci in January 2025 shields him from federal criminal prosecution, it leaves other legal avenues open.

The scope of a presidential pardon has strict boundaries under the U.S. Constitution:

1. No Protection Against State-Level Prosecution

A U.S. president’s pardon power (derived from Article II, Section 2 of the Constitution) applies only to offenses against the United States—meaning federal crimes. It has zero authority over state laws.

If an individual state attorney general or local prosecutor were to find a basis to bring criminal charges against Dr. Fauci under state law, Biden's federal pardon cannot block or dismiss those charges.

2. No Shield From Civil Lawsuits

A presidential pardon only forgives criminal liability; it does not erase or protect against civil liability. Individuals, private groups, or even state governments can still sue Dr. Fauci in civil court for monetary damages or injunctive relief (for example, wrongful death or negligence claims related to pandemic-era public health policies).

In a civil courtroom, the pardon offers no defense.

However, any state-level criminal charges or civil lawsuits face a massive legal uphill battle due to Sovereign Immunity and Qualified Immunity. Because Dr. Fauci was acting within the official scope of his duties as a federal employee (the Director of NIAID), federal law generally shields him from personal liability for official policy decisions.

For a civil suit or state charge to succeed, plaintiffs would have to prove he acted completely outside his authority or intentionally and knowingly committed a flagrant violation of law.

A study analyzing 2,605 VAERS reports found that 78% of infant deaths occurred within 7 days of vaccination. The journal that published it just retracted it, and the author says all eight objections came from a single person, he answered every one of them, and the journal stopped responding.

@SecKennedy is now demanding answers from the editor-in-chief of Toxicology Reports, including the full internal analysis behind the retraction decision, the names of experts consulted and any conflicts of interest, and an explanation of why the journal chose full removal over a retraction with an expression of concern.

The author isn't the only one. Epidemiologist @NicHulscher says his MMR study finding hundreds of sudden infant deaths shortly after vaccination was also deleted from the same journal.
