@PaulNWilliamz I always found the term to be towards those who worked to excess of their capacity, not those who just train to get it in. Ie signing up for a half marathon in a week but you don’t regularly run. Maybe I’m wrong.
@awsumpowers Best thing you can do is make their time on rotations valuable, not dismiss them early. Work hours do not equate to wellness. It’s about how you feel at work.
